Encrypted connections and credentials
Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. The electronic signature (.p12) and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted with a dedicated key. Passwords are stored as hashes, never as plain text.

Application protection
Cloudflare protects traffic with an application firewall, attack mitigation, and request limits. The database stays on the hosting infrastructure.

Backups and continuity
The database has daily backups, checked by checksum and copied to Infomaniak Swiss Backup. Remote copies are encrypted before they leave the server.

For the data you load into the ERP, your company is the controller and Michinauta acts as processor to provide the service.
Your account data
Michinauta is controller of registration data and of billing for your subscription. The privacy policy explains that processing.
The establishment in Germany
Michinauta processes account data under the GDPR (DSGVO), because the establishment is in Germany. The privacy policy explains how to ask for access, rectification, erasure, and the other rights, and how to complain to the supervisory authority.
