The monthly fee does not include phone minutes, WhatsApp fees, model usage, the Apple account (USD 99 a year) or Google Play (USD 25, once). Those are paid separately, in the client's name.
The monthly fee can be cancelled any month. Leaving the cloud means paying the difference up to the on-your-machine price, and you keep the system.
Service performed from Germany. Local taxes are the client's to declare if they apply. Pending confirmation with a tax adviser.
What is built, and what waits.
The work starts from the process you already run. A published Michinauta product is used when it already covers the task. Custom work is quoted from users, permissions and integrations, not from the ERP plan prices.
