Hosted in Switzerland
ERP data is hosted in Switzerland, on Infomaniak, an independent Swiss provider.
Encrypted connections and credentials
Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. The electronic signature (.p12) and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted with a dedicated key. Passwords are stored as hashes, never as plain text.
Daily backups
The database has daily backups, checked by checksum and copied to Infomaniak Swiss Backup. Remote copies are encrypted before they leave the server.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan is free forever: 25 receipts a month and 1 user, no card. Basic is $24/month and Pro is $49/month with unlimited receipts and users. During the launch pilot, signing up gives you 90 days of the Pro plan at no cost; afterwards you keep the launch price until you cancel.
Does it meet the SRI rule for 2026?

Yes. From 1 January 2026 the receipt must be sent to the SRI at the exact moment it is issued (Resolution NAC-DGERCGC25-00000017). Michinauta sends it on issue and, if the SRI is down, retries and rechecks on its own every 5 minutes with the same access key.
Does it work for a lube shop, or only a mechanic's workshop?

Both. The module is built for an automotive service that sells parts and lubricants from stock and also charges labor, which is what a lube shop and a workshop both do.
How does it handle bulk oil?

As an item by volume: the drum enters inventory in liters and each service deducts the liters used, at their average cost. Bulk oil does not need a separate notebook.
Can I extend credit to a bus cooperative?

Yes. The cooperative is a customer with its credit days, the buses stay linked to it even when each member owns one, and the invoice is in the cooperative's name. The balance goes into receivables with its aging.
Does it keep each vehicle's history?

Yes, by plate. When a unit arrives you see what was done before, when, and at how many kilometers, without searching papers.
Why is a generic invoicer not enough?

A generic invoicer issues receipts and little else. A workshop needs to take the part out of the warehouse when it is sold, know its average cost, and who is due for the next service; without that, half the operation stays in a separate spreadsheet.
What if I also run a travel agency?

How do I upload my electronic signature?
